EXCLUSIONS FROM THE WARRANTY

The warranty does not cover:

  • Defects resulting from the product’s regular use and usage
  • Defects put on purposely
  • Defects resulting from inappropriate storage or shipment by the consumer or the logistics provider
  • Improper or wrong use, inadequate or improper maintenance, or product care-related flaws or damage5. Defects caused by non-compliance with the user manual
  • Defects caused by improper assembly or adjustment
  • Defects based on changes the consumer made to the product.
  • Defects caused by a fall, abnormal pressure, rotary tension, compression, a sharp object, or other factors.

The warranty is invalid if

  • The product has been modified or fixed by anyone other than Skywoods or a Skywoods dealership.
  • Unauthorized replacement parts were used to repair the product.
  • The product’s serial number has been edited, changed, removed, or rendered illegible.
