Returns and Order Cancellation
1.1 There is a one-month cancellation window. You have the right to revoke the contract without giving a reason within thirty (30) days of the day when you or a representative you designated who is not the haulage contractor took possession of the goods.
1.2 To exercise your right to revoke, you must first notify Skywoods in writing at https://skywoodsled.com/contact-us/ within thirty (30) days of the day you or a representative you assigned who is not the trucking contractor took possession of the product. You must then send any goods you do not wish to keep back to the following address as soon as you have advised Skywoods.
1.3 To ensure adherence to the cancellation period, a cancellation notice must be sent before the time frame outlined in paragraph 1.1 above ends.
2.1 If this contract is canceled, we will reimburse all of the payments for the items you returned (including regular delivery costs, but excluding higher delivery costs resulting from choosing a special delivery form). This reimbursement will take effect immediately or, depending on the circumstances listed; within fourteen (14) days of the day, you notified us of your cancellation and provided that the products have been properly received at our warehouse or that you have provided sufficient proof that you have shipped them. We’ll return your money using the same payment method that you used to make the initial transaction unless we both specifically agree otherwise. We shall never impose any costs on you in exchange for such reimbursement. If you haven’t sent the items back to us yet or haven’t given us proof that you have, whichever comes first, we have the right to withhold a refund.
2.2 In accordance with the clause in paragraph 1.2 above, you must return any unwanted items as soon as possible or, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of the cancellation notification. If you send the products before the fourteen (14)-day deadline expires, the condition is considered met.
2.3. You are responsible for covering the expenses of returning the products. Please use the original box that the items were sent in and include the form that contains shipping information within the package you received, or request a copy here when returning items. For greater flexibility, we have not chosen a specific courier service for returns; you are free to select the service provider you like.
2.4. You are liable for any damages you caused and are responsible for handling the products with adequate care. We have the right to demand damages for returned items that you used or damaged in any other way. You will be required to cover the difference if the depreciation can be linked to the use of the products that were not necessary for evaluating their quality, features, or functionality. We firmly reserve the right to deduct any damages or value losses from any amounts we are required to refund to you.
2.5. Direct replacements of ordered goods are not permitted via our online store. Please return the items to us in compliance with our return guidelines if you decide not to keep them. You may then place a new order to acquire the desired products in another other size or color. Only the original purchase price of the returned items will be refunded.
